Before You Leave, Ask for the Digital Copies.

Before you head home with your ultrasound print, ask about the digital copies, too. Confirming what your clinic saved makes those memories easier to revisit and share.

Three questions make the handoff clearer

  1. Which photos and videos did you save? Ask whether your package includes still images, short clips, or a full-session recording. Those are different keepsakes. A moment you watched on the screen may not have been recorded.
  2. How do I receive them? Confirm the app or delivery link, the account details you need, and any steps for linking the appointment. If possible, open a file before leaving. Ask whom to contact if something is missing.
  3. Can I keep my own copy? Ask how downloads work, how long access lasts, and how to save a backup. Keep originals separately from edited or AI-generated versions.

Ask whether your clinic uses Bomee

At a clinic configured for Bomee Air, saved ultrasound images and clips can reach your Bomee App account. Air requires clinic setup and compatible equipment; downloading the app alone does not connect every clinic's scans.

Air delivers the clips the machine records, with length determined by its settings. It does not promise a full-session recording. Ask your clinic which delivery option it offers and how to link your visit.
